The highest grossing bollywood film of all time is currently the movie 3 idiots.  The film is a 2009 comedy directed by Rajkumar Hirani.  3 Idiots is about three students staying in a hostel that become friends with one another.  One of the students is very wealthy and brings conflict to the group.  One of the professors names the trios “idiots” and goes after them in comedic effect.

Actors include:  AAmir Khan, Kareena, Kapoor, R Madhavan, and Sharman Joshi.
