“I’ll definitely shop there… that’s where all the happening girls in my college go…”

“I’m a little scared… do you think I’ll fit in there…?”

“If I do this my friends will all laugh at me, if I don’t my family will be very upset… What to do?”

“No…why do you have to give me a deadline…?”

“I want to take her some place special… can I borrow 500 bucks from you…?”

“Let’s bunk the next lecture and catch a movie… Who all are in?”

Haven’t we all been posed with such pertinent questions in the most turbulent phase of our lives…?

Well, these are the kind of issues the teenagers are going to be up against in isi Life mein…!

And to quadruple the task, the urbane youth is going to be under the tight scrutiny of the traditional elders… Will the two distinct worlds ever find a mutually agreeable ground…Will the two separate ideologies ever merge… Will they ever be able to open mindedly embrace one another… Isi Life Mein…!

[Rajnandini’s POV]

It is primarily Rajnandini’s journey – a small town girl, belonging to a traditional family, who has been conditioned to believe that dreams are far from reality. With her mother’s help, she lands up attending a Mumbai college where she meets Vivaan and his quirky gang of friends. At first she is taken aback by how different they all are in the way they dress, in the way they speak, in the way they are; but as she gets to know them better she realizes that no matter how different they all are on the outside, deep down they are all alike. They too are facing the trials and tribulations of adolescence just like she is. From then on begins her new journey where Vivaan makes her believe that not only does she have the right to dream but also the capability to accomplish all her dreams… Isi Life Mein…!

It is primarily how Vivaan; a quintessential Mumbai guy whose life revolves around college, the Dramatics Society and his quirky D.S. Gang; helps Rajnandini – a small town girl, belonging to a traditional family, who has been conditioned to think that dreams are far from reality – believe that not only does she have the right to dream but also the capability to go out there and make it happen…He in turn is torn between following his creative heart or his father’s corporate head – faced with the age old challenge of selecting an unconventional aspiration over a more secure goal or not… Rajnandini helps him go after his true calling and furthermore persuade his father support his resolution to do what he wants to do Isi Life Mein…!
